NY Times: Superior Court Judge is inclined to force 3 bloggers to reveal their sources in Apple case

Judge James Kleinberg of the Santa Clara County Superior Court told lawyers that he was leaning towards permitting Apple to issue subpoeanas on Powerpage.org, Apple Insider and Think Secret. He is expected to issue a formal ruling as early as next week.
